School Council

The School Council exists to give every child a chance to share their ideas and comments about the school and the wider community.

One girl and one boy from every year are voted by their classmates to represent them on the School Council, which meets regularly.

School Council 2022 to 2023

What we are working on at the moment

So far this academic year, we have been working on a Personal Development Passport for all pupils in our school - Reception to Year 6. Some of the activities will be completed at school and some at home. We decided to include our school values too. The Passports have been launched early Spring.

We have also revisited the playground rules with our classmates giving input.  The rules vary between KS1 and KS2 but everyone understands them.

We have also collected ideas about what new playground equipment we would like at school in the short and longer term.

We think Personal Development will be a big focus for us this year and is important for everyone. We are thinking about what other projects would be good.
